Spin&Go© is based on .NET Core technology and can be installed on dedicated or shared infrastructure (customer or other provider) and can also be provided as SAAS.

Spin&Go© can publish content to different channels and in different ways according to needs:

  • Static: a specific process allows you to persistently generate on the file system of the publishing machines the contents in the format required by the publishing systems (html, xhtml, xml, pdf, other). This mode is typically used for sites or services that require to support high traffic or significant traffic peaks or in cases where the operating system of the publishing machines cannot be Microsoft Windows or in any case you prefer to opt for this configuration. The publication does not preclude the dynamism of user interactions (searches, integration of external web services, etc.).
  • Dynamic: in this case the native publication component of Spin&Go© is used to deliver the site in a dynamic form while being able to exploit cache mechanisms at various levels. This mode is used in cases where content requires a very frequent update or the site has dynamic features and user traffic is predictable.
  • Semi-Dynamic: it is the combination of the two modes exposed above and tends to support high traffic loads while maintaining a high frequency of updating content or dynamic features present.

Spin&Go© allows you to configure the roles and permissions of system managers in order to ensure:

  • user authentication and recognition (native, AD, SAML);
  • the correct versioning of content and design and layout elements and the ability to restore specific versions even if deleted inadvertently;
  • granular separation of environmental management responsibilities ;
  • tracking of activities carried out (auditing);
  • the profiling of the user who can therefore manage only what he has been appointed to;
  • simplify management with multi-language support of the management and publishing environment.

Spin&Go© simplifies access to external databases that can be published and updated with discretionary aggregation criteria.

The Spin&Go© backoffice, if necessary, also provides generic functions for managing external databases as well as the possibility of integrating them with AI services to improve the production of content and the profiled publication of the same.

Spin&Go© allows you to configure from the browser:

  • user privileges and available features;
  • multi-language backoffice and frontend support also of languages such as Chinese, Arabic, Hebrew, Russian
  • the organization of back-office functionality;
  • categorization of multimedia assets and editorial content;
  • the extension with new attributes (fields) of multimedia content and assets;
  • the generation of alternative formats of the contributed multimedia;
  • publication priorities;
  • layouts (templates) and publishing features;
  • the structure of the site;
  • The navigation menu structure of the site.

Spin&Go© has numerous standard publishing features (modules) that can be configured and reused flexibly.

With Spin&Go© it is very easy to manage and update a site in terms of graphics and functionality. You can import user-generated content as well as large external databases.

Templates are created by browsers and can be characterized by specified features at various levels:

  • content;
  • section of the site;
  • templates;
  • All with inheritance logics that allow a simple reuse of layouts and functions and a particular attention to responsive design.

Features include modules for publishing of:

  • contents;
  • Archives;
  • multimedia;
  • user-generated content (UGC, comments, votes, answers to questionnaires, etc.);
  • complex databases;
  • advertising positions;
  • onboarding functionality (user registration);
  • restricted access areas.

Modules can be extended at the design level, creating new complex functionality.

Spin&Go© allows you to create sites and applications with a multi-language, complex, hierarchical information structure without depth limits and above all modifiable by browser at any time.

The structure can be organized with different navigation logics and specific to each publishing channel (web, app, flows).

Spin&Go© provides complete management of simple and even extensive content archives with customized fields and data.

 The contents (textual, multimedia) can be enriched by additional information (authors, sources, keywords, tags) and can be imported and exported easily.

Spin&Go© has features that allow the structured and unstructured management of digital assets.

In particular, in addition to the management of the multimedia archive that is functional to the publication of editorial content, it has a flexible document management system that can be characterized with the necessary metadata and configurable with workflows for sending notifications and transferring flows to third parties.

They are the main elements of an information system. Spin&Go© allows you to:

  • define correlations between contents;
  • create content aggregations to create mini sites or special services;
  • extend the basic structure with new fields (e.g. to characterize events, places, people, products or services);
  • define publication rules (planning in time and site locations);
  • generate language versions, also with automated translation services (Azure translator);
  • enable and moderate comments from users and structure them in the form of forums;
  • tag content to create navigation logics by categories;
  • manage responsive and mobile variants of content;
  • Preview the form of publication.

Spin&Go© has standard multi-user workflow management templates (creation, verification, publication).

Workflows can also be tailored to specific needs and can be applied to content, user-generated content (comments, multimedia contributions, etc.) as well as data streams from outside the system.

Spin&Go© allows the so-called "database building" or the collection of data by users.

A system of mass sending of emails is flanked by the possibility of collecting replies to emails sent with specific forms (eg: invitation to events, qualification of the contact data, etc.). The database thus constructed can therefore become an important resource for the company as it is structured, maintainable and reusable. Compliance with GDPR regulations are the basis of the tool thanks to the support of consent collection, blacklists and self-service for unsubscription by the contact.

Smartnets are the future of communities.

Every action that the navigator performs on the portal, every activity that can be monitored (via app, management systems, ERP, CRM) is tracked and enriches the user's profile. A qualified user profile allows you to activate algorithms for personalizing content and encouraging activity (for sales networks or learners of all kinds) allowing the customer to monitor the evolution of the community with specific metrics and to adapt the communication plan to the needs of the moment.

Spin&Go© can publish content and data in the most common formats (html, pdf, json, xml, text, etc.) with specific logic for each recipient channel (website, mobile app, other).

Content and access to resources may be subject to special privilege logic, and user activities are tracked for auditing or statistical purposes. A granular cache system allows to support high performance needs up to the staticization of entire pages or fragments of pages, this allows to reduce the need for HW and SW resources and to prepare the environment for a horizontal and vertical scalability of the infrastructure.

The tool allows you to analyze the text of each page and extract the main entities. For example, people, places, key phrases, companies, etc.

It is possible to create a database of questions and answers both through the editorial management tool and thanks to an application able to feed itself with interactions via chatbot.

Allows you to analyze text and extract offensive or otherwise unwanted keywords (such as adult-only content). The same tool can also be applied to images.

It is possible to activate redemption systems based on the actions carried out by users (e.g. scroll of the page, time spent, etc.).
